1. Services
As requested by the law, all products and services provided by MiraRituals.com — including rituals, spellwork, readings, consultations, and energy practices — are offered strictly for entertainment purposes. No outcomes are guaranteed, and services should not be relied upon for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
By using this site, you acknowledge that spiritual and metaphysical services are subjective and meant as a form of personal expression and entertainment.
The service is considered offered when the customer receives images they asked for or the report agreed upon. Our liabilities end once the service has been provided.
2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to access this website or purchase any services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and are acting of your own free will.
3. Payment & Booking Policy
All services must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
Once payment is confirmed, energetic and preparatory work may begin immediately. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
4. Refunds & Chargebacks
Due to the nature of our services and their classification as entertainment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in the event that we fail to deliver the service as outlined in Clause 1.
Clients acknowledge that once a service has been delivered, any chargeback claims become invalid, provided we can demonstrate that the service was performed. By placing an order, clients agree to provide accurate and verifiable information. If the identity of the person receiving the service matches the payment details provided, we are not liable for chargebacks filed under claims of fraud.
If a payment is made using a third-party card, we may require documentation to verify ownership of the card. Such documentation is used strictly to protect against unjustified chargebacks filed under “unauthorized transaction” categories.
All clients confirm they are making payments voluntarily and with full awareness of the nature of the services being purchased. We do not engage in coercive practices, and no purchase should be interpreted as involving deception or financial fraud.
Failure to read or understand these terms does not exempt any client from their legal and financial obligations.
5. No Guarantees
Spiritual services are creative and symbolic in nature. Mira makes no claim to diagnose, cure, or treat any condition or situation. Results vary from person to person and are influenced by countless personal and spiritual factors.
You agree not to hold Mira or MiraRituals.com responsible for any perceived or actual outcomes.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
All information shared by clients is handled with discretion. Client identities and case details are never published without permission. Any testimonials or screenshots displayed are used with consent and will be deleted if consent is withdrawn.
7. Intellectual Property
All photos, rituals, text, and branding found on MiraRituals.com are the intellectual property of the site owner. No content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
8. Right to Refuse
Mira reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, particularly in cases of abusive behavior, unrealistic demands, or unethical requests.
9. Legal Compliance
By purchasing, you agree that you are aware these services are not recognized by science or conventional institutions, and that you are paying for a symbolic, creative experience.
